We want you to see the world perfectly. If your new eyewear isn’t quite right, we are here to make it right. Whether your prescription feels a little off or the frames don’t fit exactly how you pictured, our replacement policy has you covered.
Our Replacement Standards
- The 15-Day Prescription Adaptation Guarantee:
It can take a couple of weeks for your brain and eyes to adjust to a new prescription—especially with progressive lenses. If you are still experiencing eye strain or dizziness, bring them back within 15 days of delivery. We will verify the lenses and replace them with an adjusted prescription free of charge. - Manufacturing Defects:
Every pair of glasses undergoes rigorous quality control. However, if your frames or lenses arrive with a scratch, a loose hinge, or any structural defect, we will replace them within 15 days. - Frame Fit & Style Exchanges:
If the style you chose doesn’t suit your face shape as much as you hoped, you can exchange your undamaged frames for a different style of equal value within 15 days of receipt.
Please Note: Accidental damage (like stepping on your frames or dropping them on the pavement) is not covered under our standard replacement policy.
